You have the right to use the illustration for commercial purposes (i.e. selling signed prints or other merchandise, for other promotional purposes).

I retain all rights to my artwork, including posting to my social media. Please credit me if you post your commission anywhere publicly.

I do not allow my work to be used in NFT projects or AI art programs.

If you would like exclusive rights to sell the work (i.e. I would not sell it in my own shop), this comes with a negotiable fee. Otherwise, I retain the right to sell this illustration as a print in my own shop at some later date (3+ months after the commission is complete); if this is something I'm interested in doing, I'd contact you beforehand to let you know.

Estimated turnout is 2-4 weeks (or sooner) after everything is confirmed. Please understand that I will be working on personal art alongside your commissioned piece, but your piece will be finished within the established time frame unless special circumstances arise in which case I’ll give you a heads up.

I will show you a composition sketch, and will only continue rendering it once you approve. First major edit is free (sketch phase ONLY), any after that may incur additional costs. To avoid extra payment, please make sure you are clear in describing what pose/outfit you'd like. Minor edits are free (within reason).

If you would like an exclusive or private commission (I would not sell the work, or I would not post about the work publicly) this will come with a negotiable fee (10-25% of the base price).

If I take longer than 3 months (12 weeks) from payment date, you may request a full refund. Otherwise, I will not accept refunds.

Unless this is a design commission, I will not design your character for you. Please provide clear visual references, I will not accept written descriptions. Picrew, Pinterest boards, are all okay.
